Caton will connect that talk with her debut novel, "White Heart."Caton will read portions of her historical fiction novel. The novel is a fictional version of the true story of Madeleline de Roybon D'Allone, who left the extravagance of the 17th century French court of Louis XIV and came to the New World where she was a teacher, voyageuse and fur trader. She was captured by the Seneca in 1687, changing her life and spiritual faith forever.Parson's Place was built as a Pentecoastal church in the 1950s, but was serving as a used car lot when the property was purchased by Sally Harding in 1991. Harding said she wants to bring the building back to serving God.Harding said she arranged for Caton's appearance after the book group at Parson's Place read "White Heart."Caton said she is pleased to be presenting vital spiritual ideas in a building that was formerly a church.Published in "The Daily News" http://thedailynewsonline.com/entertainment/article_ead5820f-8864-52b9-a516-8b22ffeaa633.html
