Women of Strength: WAIT

Finally the “T”   W-A-I-TT =  We trust in our transformation, particularly thinking about Time as Jesus did.I can let the past go, give the future over to God, and simply be present in The Moment. Let me restate how I believe this transformation of time works:We can let the past go, because it has been redeemed by Christ. Abusive marriages; loss of material possessions; the betrayal in relationships. We can give the future over to God, because the Creator is in complete control of every detail. At this time in my life, I am trusting for these things:  My desire for a flesh and blood love relationship; the sufficiency of material things; and the protection of God, my Rock and Refuge. We live in the Moment because our focus is entirely on God, the Great I Am, our dear and beloved Jesus. It should be simple. When we wake up each morning we can embrace all aspects of creation that we do see and enjoy.  I can make a point of looking for beauty; of thanking God for my dogs, my flowers, my varieties of foods.  When we suffer from illness, or conflict, or heartache during the day, I can express gratitude when I’m sick; or discover that the  conflict I’m in with another person draws me to the foot of the Cross; or I can snuggle close to my Savior and cry in Jesus’s arms when I’m lonely. We can literally reach out and touch someone, and love and be loved, and prayerfully heal and be healed.  That is what this body of women is all about. When, on a daily basis, we are tempted to fall into the Pit, whether a pit of darkness, or of despair and of decay, we can DECLARE that we are One with God through his Holy Spirit. And We stay out of the pit because we know that current time as we know it, is not God’s reality. Throw away the dimension of time as we know it. We are with God the Father, who is the Beginning and the End.We function in the Realm of light.  We breathe in and through the Creator God  who is Love. We live in Love.  Because we have eternal life, We can rebuke our experiences of “rha”:—  earthly decay, disease, pain and frustration—  whatever negative that is occurring in these bodies and minds. We replace these toxic pockets of sin with God.   We are one with the Great I Am.I want to learn to live intentionally, in the present, this moment.  When time passes, and my body grows old, older, I want to sidle into the phase of dying and death comfortably, peacefully. I want to grow closer and closer to God the Creator, and the Lamb of God, each day.  I want to experience the dimension of time in which the boundary between time as I know it today and Eternity as I will know it in paradise becomes just a corridor and a shift of sensations. If any one has thoughts or experiences about this, about living in the here and now, knowing that one day our here and now will be Eternity, please talk to me about that.   So what is the descriptor for us Women of Strength?    WAIT.Again, What does WAIT stand for: We welcome our weaknesses;  we welcome our weaknesses even when the Accuser whispers in our ear:“Your weakness will be the cause of your defeat.   Or that trait will always give you problems that you can’t overcome.  Or that weakness of yours is worse than you thought. We accept our adversities; We accept our adversities, even when the Adversary tells us we will never make it.We incorporate God, the I A., We take in, ingest, the Divine Creator even when Satan says: “there is no way you can get it right with God.”  Or “Look at your self. See your heart, how dirty it is, how selfish it is.   God doesn’t want to dwell there.”  Or, “No, God doesn’t really live in you.  That is just Bible talk. Consider how you feel.  You would FEEL so much differently if God were really living in your heart, but he is not.”and We trust in transformation, particularly of managing the dimension of time. We would trust in transformation, our very spirits being shaped into one like the Holy Spirit, our very thoughts changed to reflect how Christ thinks. We would trust in transformation even when Satan is on the prowl, trying to bring defeat into our lives.   remember, The Devil prowls around as though he were a lion.  He is really just a mouse, thinking he is a lion.

Ps. 130:5 I wait for the LORD, my whole being waits, and in his word I put my hope.

Is. 30: 18  Blessed are all who wait for the Lord!
