Jesus’ Act of Love

During the month of February I will be sharing ideas the Lord has given me from the Book of Matthew on a special theme.

Specifically, I will be tracking Jesus’s ministry as recorded in Matthew, and sharing insights on this question:  How did Jesus show love to the people around Him?  What was the result of His act of love?  How might Jesus demonstrate love to me the same way?  How might I show people love as well?

 I’ve already discovered that Jesus showed His love in ways that weren’t comfortable or comprehensible.

I invite you to join me in this exploration.  Study sections of Jesus’s ministry, and ask yourself:  How does this portion of scripture show Jesus demonstrating love?  What resulted from His act of love?  Finally, how might Jesus show you love in a similar way?
